In 2024, I discovered FPV drones and instantly felt connected to the activity. Thanks to the fantastic resources available on the internet, I discovered many important tips and, after a short while, wondered if I could give back.
That's why I launched yawcat, an FPV blog documenting my discovery about how things work.
Why blog about FPV?
There's a lot of fantastic FPV content out there, but a lot of content is from established and experienced FPV pilots. I created this blog because there's always value in a new perspective looking at an existing problem for the first time. Additionally, I noticed a lot of FPV content is available on YouTube. While a video supporter, I love to write, and I know there's always value in reading through a single post.
How can I help?
If you found yawcat, the first thing you can do is keep visiting! Next, leave a comment if you have a suggestion or thought, discovered something new, or read something dead wrong. Yawcat discussions are powered by Hyvor Talk, which makes it easy and painless to sign up.
Finally, if you found a post helpful, you can go the extra mile and support the blog. You'll find my 'Support Me' Ko-fi link on each page. Every little bit you give helps me keep the lights on, learn, and grow in FPV.
Most importantly, I hope you enjoy learning and discovering how to fly.
